Privacy policy
This policy describes how Vantarian processes personal data collected on its vantarian.com showcase website. For data processed within the SaaS platform, the data processing agreement signed with each client prevails.

Data collected via the contact form
The vantarian.com website only collects data you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, role, organization, email, phone (optional), type of organization and message.
This data is received by email at contact@vantarian.com via our OVH server located in France. No third-party service is involved in processing this data.
Purposes of processing
Form data is used exclusively to:
- respond to your demo, contact or information request;
- ensure a reasonable commercial follow-up;
- keep a record of the request for internal organization purposes.
Retention period
Messages received via the contact form are kept for 3 years from the last exchange with you, unless you request earlier deletion.
Audience measurement
To understand how our site is used and improve its content, we use Matomo Analytics, an open source audience measurement solution that we host on our own infrastructure in France. No data is transmitted to a third party.
Our configuration complies with the CNIL guidelines and benefits from the consent exemption for strictly necessary audience measurement tools:
- IP addresses are anonymized before any recording (the last two octets are removed);
- audience measurement cookies are disabled or limited to a maximum duration of 13 months;
- the "Do Not Track" preference of your browser is respected;
- navigation data is never cross-referenced with other processing or shared between sites;
- detailed logs are automatically deleted after 13 months.
This configuration allows you to browse vantarian.com without a cookie consent banner, while allowing us to produce anonymous usage statistics.

Cookies
The vantarian.com website does not deposit any advertising, social network or profiling cookies.
Only a strictly necessary technical cookie may be deposited temporarily when submitting the contact form, to prevent automated submissions (anti-spam). This cookie expires automatically after one hour.
Data recipients
Only members of the Vantarian team have access to data received via the site. No transfer is made outside the European Union.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and opposition regarding the data you have provided to us. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@vantarian.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) if you believe your rights are not respected: cnil.fr.
Hosting and security
The site, the contact form and the audience measurement tool are hosted in France, in Roubaix, on OVH infrastructure. Communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3.
